Join me for a Yoga with Cello class at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in downtown Norfolk. It will be a fun yoga flow with something for EVERYONE! "Yoga with Cello" is both a guided yoga practice while flowing with live or recorded cello music. I've been very excited to introduce this to so many since January.
