Meet up with Rebecca and her #cellowithyoga classes under the shade of THE tree at the Hermitage Museum in Norfolk, first Tuesdays of the month, June through October, at 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM. Next up, Tues, July 2, 2024! Bring your friends! Sessions will be held on the first Tuesdays of the month, specifically: (June 4,) July 2, August 6, September 3 and October 1. Classes will be held from 10:30 - 11:30 AM, but please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in. We will be set up in a shady spot on the lawn behind the museum under the gorgeous Hermitage tree. Look for colorful mats! Layers are encouraged for comfort, and be sure to bring: water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and any props you might like for your practice (the brick patio can be hard on knees, so consider bringing a blanket or towel!) Please attend classes only if you have no signs of illness. The cost of class is a donation of your choice - we ask that you pay what you can, or what you feel the class is worth.
